Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of POD Made Easy (“we”, “us”), available at https://www.podmadeeasy.com. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Who can use POD Made Easy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You're responsible for your account, for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account.

2. What we provide

POD Made Easy helps you create artwork with AI tools, prepare print files, write listing copy, and create and publish products through print-on-demand providers such as Printify that you connect. Third-party services (including Printify, Etsy, Shopify and other marketplaces) are governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for their availability, decisions or actions, including listing removals or account suspensions.

3. Subscriptions, trials and billing

  • POD Made Easy is sold as a monthly or annual subscription. Prices are shown before you pay and may exclude taxes.
  • New customers may get a free trial. We collect a payment method at the start of the trial and your plan starts automatically when it ends unless you cancel before then.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • Credits are included with your plan. Unused plan credits roll over up to the limit shown on our pricing page. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.
  • Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. If you're a consumer in the UK or EU, you keep your statutory rights.

4. Connections and what happens if your plan ends

Your connections to providers and marketplaces stay live while your subscription is active, trialing or in its payment grace period. If your subscription ends, we pause connections and automations. Products and listings already created in your provider and store accounts are not deleted by us, and you can still download your designs. We may delete inactive, unpaid accounts and their files after reasonable notice.

5. Your content and AI output

  • You keep your rights in the prompts, text and images you provide. As between you and us, you own the outputs you generate, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers.
  • AI outputs can be similar to outputs created for others, and purely AI-generated images may not be protected by copyright in some countries.
  • You're responsible for making sure your designs and listings don't infringe anyone's trademarks, copyrights or other rights, and that they follow the rules of the marketplaces you sell on, including AI and production-partner disclosures.
  • You give us a limited license to host, process and transmit your content only to operate the service for you.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use POD Made Easy to create or distribute content that:

  • infringes intellectual property, including brand names, logos, characters or lyrics you don't have rights to;
  • is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or promotes violence;
  • impersonates real people or misleads buyers.

You must not abuse the service (for example by reselling access, scraping, interfering with its operation or circumventing limits). We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Browser extension

Our optional Chrome extension fills in listing forms in your own browser for you to review and submit. You stay in control of what gets published and are responsible for following each marketplace's rules.

8. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep POD Made Easy reliable, but it's provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features; we'll give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid plans.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost sales, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using POD Made Easy and delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights where you live. Questions? Email support@podmadeeasy.com.
