How Etsy fees work for print-on-demand
Every Etsy sale carries a $0.20 listing fee (charged when you list and again when the item sells or renews), a 6.5% transaction fee on the item price plus any shipping and gift wrap you charge, and a payment processing fee that depends on the country of your bank account (3% + $0.25 in the US). If a sale comes through Etsy's Offsite Ads, there's an extra 12–15% fee.

Tips to keep more of each sale
- Price larger sizes (2XL+) higher: they cost more to produce.
- Build shipping into your price and offer free shipping; buyers prefer it and Etsy favours it in search.
