Make a design print-ready, with its listing copy

0:02Here's how to turn a draft into a print-ready file, check it, and get the listing written for you.

0:09Open Designs, and click the draft you saved.

0:13Make it print-ready redraws your draft at full print quality, removes the background, and checks the text. For t-shirts we recommend Vector, which stays sharp at any size.

0:25HD transparent PNG suits detailed artwork, and 4K full-bleed fills posters and canvas edge to edge.

0:34Medium effort is a good default. Click Make print-ready.

0:40This takes up to a minute. We'll skip ahead.

0:43Your print file is ready. The print check shows its size in pixels and how big it prints sharply, that the background is transparent, and that the text is spelled right. It also screens for well-known trademarks.

0:57Your listing is already written: an SEO title, tags, and a description, all following Etsy's limits.

1:05Edit anything you like. Remove a tag with its cross, or type a new one and press Enter. Then save your changes.

1:13Each part has a copy button, for pasting into Etsy or any other marketplace.

1:19At the top, download the print file, or an export pack with the file and all your listing text. When you're ready to sell it, click Create product.
